It’s very clear, very concise and, not only does it teach you how to direct energy at your personal goals, it teaches you how to relax and manage time more effectively.

I found it relaxing just listening to it and I believe that this book would be useful for everyone, not just those in the sales industry. Many of the techniques in this book could easily be adapted for facing normal everyday situations, especially for those who cannot manage their time and panic when faced with decisions or what they perceive as too much to do.

Great book, I learned a lot from it and I think it could be adapted for a number of situations.

Train yourself to be fully conscious of where you are investing your energy and have a complete understanding of the circumstances that lead to its depletion.; This sentence is one great example of an audio book packed full of the sort of advice that Michael J. Russ gives in Powerful Sales. :is advice goes beyond the typical sales hype, goal setting and pep rallies that most sales teams make use of to drive sales.

Instead, Michael helps you focus more on changing your attitude to be more aware, to make better choices and responses to the events and circumstances that are going on around you. In his six stand-alone concepts, you’ll become more aware, make better choices, choose to be, do and have the level that you want to achieve, respond better to what you can and cannot control, engage in effective self talk and take responsibility for what you achieve rather than being a victim. By utilizing these concepts, you’ll change how and where you direct your energy and which things either built it up or deplete it.

Powerful Sales goes beyond the dollars and cents and helps you to create a deeper impact on your actual lifestyle. Michael J. Russ has done a great job, not only with the content that is being presented, but also with the quality of the audio recording. The listener will find that the voice that is presenting the material is positive, upbeat, energizing and encouraging. As far as I’m concerned, this book goes well beyond sales and enters into every other aspect of a person’s life. As a writer, I found it to be sound advice and strategy to motivate my craft as well.

Powerful Sales: Manage Your Energy, Achieve Your Goals is an audio book that teaches a person how to maximize their full potential in the competitive sales industry. It is also for anyone else in the workplace that needs to learn techniques to make them perform better at a much higher energy level.

It teaches the listener about the top fundamental steps of becoming the best sales person or worker with the first simple step of awareness. Many people do not realize their self talk is creating the adverse reaction they want and is self-defeating and that each person must monitor and become aware of their self talk.

With practice of this higher awareness, then the individual can change his or her attitude to one of “I can” and “I will” instead of undermining thoughts or talk that is both internal and external. Once this self talk is channeled to more positive directions, then there are other steps that each individual can do to enhance their performance in the workplace.

Speaker Michael J. Russ teaches the listener in a series of very organized steps that leads to top performance. He has had 28 years of experience and teaches the listener with authority and leadership in a very simple to follow audio that is very easy to incorporate into a person’s everyday life. It was so easy just to turn on the audio before I went to sleep or if I had extra time in the day without concentrating too much as I would if I was reading this material. I highly recommend this audio series as it made me, first and foremost, aware of my conscious thoughts and talk. From there, it was easier to try to change my actions.
