Do you embrace change or resist it, even when you know without a doubt that it can improve the overall quality of your life? Experience has led me to conclude that there are two forms of change: the kind you decide to initiate on your own and the kind you are forced into. Intentional Change For obvious reasons, changes you initiate on your own are easier to follow through with. The lighter side of intentional change might involve dietary changes, taking up a new exercise routine, or moving to a new job. Ending a long-term relationship and moving to another city, county, or state would be examples of more extreme intentional change. At the heart of any successful change is a clear understanding of why you are making the change. When you are absolutely clear about why you are doing something, you are more apt to stick with it at…..
I decided to continue and create a little series about achieving your goals, intentions and resolutions for 2016. This video will not only benefit you today or for the start of 2016 but for the rest of the year. Last week I asked you to understand your “why” in order to create a foundation to keep you grounded while fulfilling your goals. This week I would like you to “mine your surroundings”. When you create an intention you also create a vibration within you. You direct all your thoughts and your focus towards achieving it. I want you to mine your surroundings so you can pick up with the good vibes around you. See my video below to know more!
Happy new year and welcome to another Zero Adversity club training video! How was your transition to the new year? I hope you are doing well! This week I am giving you a tip on how to achieve your intentions, goals, dreams and resolutions. Be it a short, medium or long term goal, I want you to understand your “why”. Why are you doing the things that you want to do? Why do you want to achieve what you are looking to achieve? I want you to understand this because the “why” is your anchor, your foundation. It is the thing that get you grounded when the going gets challenging. Check out our Zero Adversity Training video below.

Thank you for joining for another Zero Adversity Monday! We are well into the Holiday Season, where you could experience a lot of adversity. The fears and worries about having enough money for gifts, to find the right gift or whether the person’s going to like the gift that you give. Or dealing with loneliness and depression because there may not be someone to spend the holiday with. Performing random acts of kindness can help defeat that holiday adversity. Here’s this week’s video and I wish everyone a Happy Holiday.
Last week I asked you to ask yourself if you are really living? How was that for you? I hope asking that question to yourself daily helped you arrive to a conclusion if you are really living your life or not. This week I want you to ask another question and find out the answer for yourself. Ask yourself, Am I making my life harder than it really needs to be? The truth is most people make their lives harder through drama and adversities. Check out this week’s video below.
It’s another Monday and it’s time for our Zero Adversity training video. This week I want you to ask yourself this question, Am I really living? Or am I just going through the motions? Right this question down somewhere so you won’t forget. Ask this question to yourself in a daily basis. Find out how on our training video below!
