The Monday videos are awesome! Like the one I received called Digital Detox, I did really try it and am still doing it. I put my phone away, especially when I am about to sleep. I used to play with my phone before sleeping and instead of getting sleepy I ended up being more awake and was restless the next day. Now, I get more sleep than I had before.
